16 Apartments, Hamilton

North Lanarkshire Council held a design competition for a prominent town centre site in Hamilton.

Kearney Donald Partnership’s design won the competition for our clients and the scheme of 16 no. apartments was subsequently developed and successfully sold.

The apartments are arranged in an L-shaped block, providing a private parking and amenity space for the residents.

All apartments feature en-suite master bedrooms, generous living, dining and kitchen areas with feature balconies.

Externally the scheme feature copper clad bay features.
